Kutna Hora is one of the most enjoyable day trips from Prague. This pretty little Bohemian town  was once one of Europe’s biggest and richest owing to the silver ore discovered underneath it.   Today Kutna Hora comprises more than 300 medieval and Baroque buildings and has been declared a UNESCO world heritage site.

On this tour your guide will pick you up from your hotel and then drive you the hour’s journey to the town of Kutna Hora.  Once there he will guide you through the medieval city taking in the impressive high gothic St Barbora’s Cathedral, the Italian Court, St. James Church, the Little Castle, the former Jesuit College, the Stone House, the Stone Fountain and the Marble House. 

After lunch you will then visit the fascinating ossuary in the nearby village of Sedlec, basically a church overflowing with bones and bone sculptures.  We will then drive back to Prague and your hotel.
