How do I find the hotel?

The best solution is for you to book one of our airport transfers.  If you choose not to take one of these we will send you directions to the hotel at time of booking.

Can I receive a confirmation directly from the hotel?
Yes, but the transaction will be between you and the hotel and it is unlikely that you will be given the same low price. Prices directly from the hotel can range from 10% - 30% higher.  As a reservation service the hotel gives us cheaper rates.

Will my requirement reach the exact hotel?
No, the reservation will arrive to our reservation office and we will arrange the booking for you. The price is the same as the hotel offers or even lower!
 

How can I cancel an individual reservation and what are the cancellation fees?
Please, send us the cancellation as soon as possible by fax or e-mail with a requirement for confirmation from us. The cancellation should include the number of your accommodation voucher. Up to two days before the day of your arrival you do not pay anything, less then two days we will charge you for the cost of the first night.
 

How do I check in the hotel?
When you arrive at the hotel you simply need to present your accommodation voucher to the hotel receptionist, who will provide you with the key to your room.

 

What time can I check- in and out of the hotel?
Usual check-in time is from 2.00 p.m. and check-out time before 12.00 p.m although you should confirm this with the hotel. Individual arrangements are possible upon your request, please contact the hotel reception.

Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception until your room is ready. Some hotels will also store your luggage for a couple of days.

What should I do, if I have a problem checking in or if the receptionist is not able to find my reservation?

Does the hotel have internet access? 

Some hotels offer an internet connection.  Please check the hotel description. 

 

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, a credit card is required to secure a reservation. 


Is paying by credit card secure?
Absolutely. We are very aware of the absolute security of your personal data, especially of your credit card details. Each reservation form is checked by SSL secure server. Our security system is supported by a 56-bit encryption certificate issued by Thawte. All your personal details are 100% encrypted when transferred over the internet.


What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa Classic, MasterCard and American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

At time of booking we will only require your credit card details as a guarantee for your reservation.  We will then charge you in full one week before your arrival date.  


What does the guarantee by credit card mean?
In case you do not arrive and fail to cancel your reservation at least two days before your arrival we will charge your credit card the equivalent of the first night's stay.

What does the authorisation of credit card mean?
The money will still be on your credit card but you will not be able to use it. If you would be forced to cancel your reservation, you can do so at least two days before your arrival without any cancellation fees. 

Are your hotel rates per person/night or per room/night?
All of our rates stated on our web site are per room per night.
 

Are the prices final or do I have to pay something more at the reception?
All prices are final and include VAT and taxes
