How do I find the apartment?The best solution is for you to book one of our airport transfers. Our driver will pick you up from the airport, take you directly to the apartment and check you in himself.  If you decide not to take this however, you will need to come to our office to pick up the keys and settle any remaining payment.  We will send you directions on how to reach our office at time of booking. Our staff will be more than happy to walk you to your apartment. 

What are the check in and check out times for the apartments? Check in is after 2pm, and check out must be by 11am.  Late check out can be arranged depending on availability for an extra charge. 

Are your apartment rates per person or per apartment? All our apartment rates are per apartment.

What if I cause damage to the apartment?  Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the apartment during their stay and will be expected to reimburse Velvet Travel for the cost of this.
